1 lb stew meat or hamburger
beef broth or bouillon cubes
onion, diced
celery, 1 c. diced
Soy sauce
Crunchy Chinese noodles
canned bean sprouts, water chestnuts, bamboo stuff can be added if you like
Brown the meat in pan. Add broth or bouillon and water, onion, celery, and about 1 tablespoon of soy sauce. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes or until the celery is just tender. Add canned ingredients. Thicken with 1 tablespoon cornstarch in a small amount of water. Serve over rice or the crunchy Chinese noodles.
